OK, rooms clean but stuck about 20 years ago. Nice bed though, odd service like only 1 scoop if ice lol. Garbage tv package

The "Tobin Lake Motor Inn" was a most Excellent, Quiet, Relaxing, & Enjoyable Motel that I had the Wonderful Pleasure to have stayed at ! Staff, & Room Service were Excellent & Very Courteous ! And the Location of the Tobin Lake Motor Inn is Excellent also, being that the Motel is right in the Heart of Downtown Nipawin, Saskatchewan, in which makes Shopping & Sightseeing Excellent, everything One needs is within Walking Distance and right Downtown where the, "Tobin Lake Motor Inn" is Located right in the Heart of Downtown Nipawin, Saskatchewan !!! Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast left more to be desired, but well enough.
We booked a night here on short notice on a snowmobile trip. The rooms were very clean. The owner was very helpful. He let us park our 7 snowmobiles under the canopy out of sight from the street. Our beds were comfy and the showers had hot water to cook you out. Just what we needed after a 300km ride.
The beds were comfortable and the pillows were comfortable. The weather was very cold and the owner came and plugged in the SUV. We were happy with the service and it was comfortable.
Our room was clean and smelt fine (im picky with smells rn as im pregnant and this room didnt bother me at all) shower had good pressure, amenities work, room was a little cold but bed was comfortable. Affordable. Overall a satisfactory stay.
